Had mine last night too.   Again with full disclosure, i have a very strange palatte, but mine tasted like when you crack into a fresh walnut, and accidentally eat the middle part that holds the two halves of the nut together, and gives you that nasty mouth drying taste.   I had over 48oz of icewater while smoking the 4.5" stick.  It sucked the moisture right out.

I loved the one I smoked. A little more floral I thought than a padron...but GREAT!!!  In fact, I had to go and buy a whole freakin' box this morning...
