So yesterday everything finally closed. What a nightmare mortgage companies are. I was hassled and hassled for BS fees for the past few weeks, I havent had a moment to think!
This weekend I will be finding time to sit down and have a stogie to celebrate everything. I cant wait!

All is going well now living back in Jersey. Working on refinishing a couple bathrooms now and doing some painting. Certainly keeping busy.
Thanks again for all the kind wishes. Once the painting is finished, Ill take pics and post them. Right now the place is just a mess!
