OK so as most of you know were trying to sell our house and buy a new house in Florida well one part looks like it's done. We bought a new house in Windermere now all we need to do is sell ours. We are getting a new construction speck house so were buying it from the builder and the best part of all this is if we use the builder to provide the mortgage we get 6 months no interest. So for the first 6 months all I pay are taxes and insurance so while I'm carrying 2 mortgages at least I got the other real cheap. Also the builder is paying all closing costs. It may really be a shitty time to sell but god damn is it a good time to buy.
