Are Habanos getting better?

Seems to me, 2008 through 2010 are sure tasting better than ever. Mind you, i have limited experience with pre 2000 or vintage cc's. I just find that some of these later releases sure do taste great. Are they coming out of Cuba with little age on them now or am i just tripping?
Something to this I tell ya.......  
The Sept and Nov 2009 PSD4's have been outstanding. or so I've heard

I have seen reviews saying that 2010 was a year to stock up on.
As Mr. Mum says "make the time you wont regret it"
2010 the year I got my a$$ handed to me from my fellow SC brothers!
