We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.

Jelly man is that a wine press?
My machine is an Imperia Spremy - ELECTRIC - tomato strainer /grinder (Italian Made). I got it in from the web but in a store / warehouse from NYC. Not sure which one as the receipt is in the box which is in the garage in storage. Do NOT buy a hand crank one. Buy the electric.
I think I have the V245 which also has adapters for making sausage. Anyway, you really don't need it until spring / summer and by then I'll get the box out of the garage.
