My Christmas Eve
#1
Me and my family celebrate on Christmas Eve, which is the Norwegian tradition. After a few stressful trips to the store today for some last minute shopping, we headed over to my parents house. What a great night, and its not over yet. We are going over to my older brothers place for some more Christmas cheer. Here are a few pics of the night so far.

The first stop of my Christmas shopping adventure.

The gifts I got for my little brother, do you think he will guess what it is?

Traditional Norwegian dinner, and a lot of drinks in front of me.

Akavit all around.

and some Sommer Akavit for the girls, its a little milder. We cant get this stuff over here, so I guess I need to make another trip to Norway.

My dad got me a bottle of scotch. I am a total newbie to scotch, but I like this stuff.

I have some more pics, but they are on the other camera, I will try and load them tomorrow.

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Nice!

I used to buy my dad a bottle of Akavit every year for Christmas. I remember seeing Sommer Akavit on the shelf too.
