Rattled this Parksters version of Welsh Rarebit up for a breakfast in bed treat for Mrs P last week

Croissant topped with grilled smoked bacon and stripped bacon, grilled gruyer cheese and a mature Scottish cheddar a poached egg and finally some cracked black pepper.
