how much do you cut torpedo cigars? i always stay away from them due to there shape..but id like to pick some up..in term of length do you cut 1/4'' or just a tiny bit of the tip? also has anyone ever cut a torpedo cigar with a
v-cutter?

I use a palio two blade cutter. As for how much to cut i wouldnt go much more then 1/4 in or you may run into unraveling problems. clip some and test your draw. If its good leave it. If not maybe just a tad more but dont get to crazy. I personally love the torpedo. Smokes well in my opinion.

I cut torps with my V cutter all the time.

I use a Palio a good amount of the time as well. I cut off about 1/8 inch at an angle. The "Dickman Cut" as mentioned in another thread, I believe.

tried the dickman cut on my last torp. was not bad would probably use it again.
