The lags in SC I have noticed all seem to be due to Sitemeter - a trackingstat program that E must be using?   I have to use Firefox on SC as sitemeter was causing problems...   this seems to be an issue at more than just SC - something to do with sitemeter's cookies... 

I don't get kicked back on Firefox, but when it stops, the progress note at the bottom is processing through sitemeter data...     (?)
