Well the mailman, the aforementioned "Dude" from sc v.1, drops off a large cylindrical package today wrapped in a plain brown wrapping. He hands it to me with a wink and a smirk. Now for those of you who weren't around for sc v.1, "Dude" is the frosted hair beautiful guy who most of the women in the neighborhood swoon over and has most likely fathered at least one of my children.
Anyways i don't remember oredering anything that would come in a cylinder, nor in plain brown wrapper. The return addry was some archaelogical research facility in lodi. At this point I'm stumped. My wifey becomes intrigued and comes to sit by me telling me to open it over and over like she's a kid at christmas. or hannukah as the case may be.
anyways at this point i'm starting to get nervous wondering what kind of sex toy is going to plop out of this thing onto the living room floor. i begin to unwrap it nervously and inadvertently fling the paper wrapping on the floor. my wife slaps me across the back of the head so hard two fillings come flying out. she explains that she's not the maid.
my eldest son gets wind of the excitement and starts to ask if its for him or if it's more cigars. suffice it to say when i opened it he went out the front door with a humph and started yelling at the mailman to stop bringing cigars to our house already well i open this package and find the world's largest blunt inside. christ as my witness all wrapped in cellophane i was like, "shit, how am i going to smoke THIS". Anyways i get it all unwrapped and Brother Floyd has gifted me with a wonderful Phillies t-shirt, an LVH (leather patch? help me out here bro) and a Hemingway!!! More than that he also found an interesting red sox ring for me that was a stadium giveaway during the early 70's. Way too cool and will definately be mounted in the bar in the frame with the nesn i'm an idiot too rally towell from the world championship season. More than that I now have this ~16" Blunt sitting on top of my stereo. Excellent material for the Robfather's bar!
