Schimmelpenninck and Henri Winterman cigars are Dutch dry cured style cigars that don't require any humidification nor special storage.   The tin they came in is sufficient.  If you continue to smoke these you won't need a humidor, but you will need one if you move up to premium handmade cigars one day.

You can also make your own storage device (aka:  coolerdor)

Get an airtight container (ice cooler, rubbermaid, etc.).  Throw in a humidification device (sponge, beads, store-bought, etc.) and there you go.

Inexpensive cigars?  I like my cheapo cigars made by Flor de Oliva. 25 of those should set you back about $35 or so.

You can also pick up some pretty nice sampler packs from time to time.
