Churchill vs Robusto
#1
I'm I the only one?  For the last two weeks I have been smoking at least on cigar a night after work and 90% of them have been Churchill's.  Now I am a robusto man and really stick to those or toro's.  But for some reason I have been hitting the Churhill's.  I have noticed that I am really begining to like these.  I am finding that the flavors are more complex and the burn is not as hot as the robusto's.  I usually take about 2 hours to smoke so I do take my time and enjoy the experience.  Does anyone else notice this or maybe I have just let my cigars age enough that the flavors of the leaf are begining to change.

I like all sizes.  Torpedo is my favorite so far, but that will probably change.

I have been venturing toward Churchills lately as well Po, also double coronas and londsdale, I put it down to the singles and doubles that I had in my humi's that were long overdue a tasting though. I tend to be a Robusto go to kind of guy gennerally.

Me too, all the box purchases and fivers I get are Robusto.  All the Churchill's and Lonsdales I have are from bombs I have received.

When I first really got into cigars I only smoked torpedos up until about 7 months ago and i realized that I preffered various other sizes. I think tastes change and what you are looking for in a cigar changes over time Smile

me too...

I attribute my longer length smokes to a more cigar-friendly climate.
