add a good ionizer and you should be OK.

 

I am going to exhaust my garage. Half the time I'm doing something stupid in there making all sorts of toxic fumes. The other times I am smoking... (usually both). A good exhaust fan should be a good edition for both reasons.

 

Just remember, if you throw out air form a room, replacement air has to come from someplace.

I fond a lower motor off a furnace on ebay pretty cheap, like +$10 plus $30 shippping, should be around 800 cfm or more.
