Today was opening day of gun season in Wisconsin. Dad and I had a good day in the stands.
Toughing out single digit temps and high winds paid off.
My Dad got a nice 6 and I got an 8 pointer.

First trip of the year...
It took a little extra time to prep the boat this year and my tackle needs some TLC, but we broke the inlet around 7:40 and by noon had our limit of striped bass along with 28 enormous bluefish (we kept only 1 blue for my neighbors crab traps)
