Oh my the smell when you open up a cab!I just picked up a last half of a box at my local B&M, so they took out another full box to replace it. The girl behind the counter is ringing me up as the owner is opening the new box, he sticks his nose in the new box and then passes it over to me and says man you have to smell this. They do smell good.

Mark, we were trying to discourage Bob from talking about his rod.....

I was able to get a couple of them this evening. I walked into one of my local stores, and the sales guy was standing there smoking one. He said I couldn't have them, because they don't sell them there - but he said he'd been trying to get the owner to agree to stock them. We'll see how that turns out.
I went to another store, but they just had a few left of the Series P and the Havana VI's. I kind of got the impression from the owner that they didn't get them in regularly. They aren't listed on the Tatuaje Nation map. I got a couple of the Havana VI Churchills and a P1. The first sales guy recommended the Noellas and the Cazadores. Our tastes are pretty similar. I'm kind of tempted to buy a box blind. I think I'll get the Noellas. I like coronas, and $160 isn't bad for a box of any good cigar. If B-Dub is right about that "Nicaraguan character" (I can't say I can tell you what that is, but I know it when I taste it), it would at least be a good daily smoke. |
