Holy SHIT!!! You brought up lefse! I know it well. Never had a holiday meal without it. We usually do butter & jam but I like where you're going w/ this one. As for the mustard, I'll have to be on the lookout.

Lefse is the best.  I like it with butter and whatever, jam, norwegian goat cheese, or even just sugar and cinnamon.

I am going to try and make some, I have been making fresh tortillas lately so now I am going to add this to the list.
