Way back, when Iwas stillin school. In physics, I was given a project. I had to make a pencil gun using basic hardware store parts. When I was finished, I had a pencil rifle. I could shoot a sharpened #2 pencil thru a 2 x 4.

 

Just saw this Jan.  Nowadays the school's would FREAK!   Do you still rememeber how to build one of these?
