Hey Pete, we saw JVR play on Saturday night. It was hard getting good pics with all the action but I got a couple.

He played okay and I thought he could of played an awful lot better. They were slashing him and he got pretty frustrated. He received an Unsportsmanlike Conduct  penalty in the second period and a  Interference penalty in the first period. He had an assist in the first period and was on the ice for both providence goals. He didn't play that much in the third. Looked like he was bored and getting ready to make the jump to the pros. Rumor has it he going to the Flyers as soon as his hockey season at UNH season is over. I also heard the Flyers are saving a spot for him for the playoffs?? Saw his dad at the game.

I will say he still looks young (well he's only 20) but he is big has a nice shot and some excellent moves. I believe he will make an impact but I was expecting a little more out of him.
