Some of you guys might remember Eric Brown from when he used to work at The Party Source. I've stayed in touch with him on FaceBook the last few years. Besides a passion for cigars, he also is a great chef/cook.
Anyway, several people (myself & my wife included), have told him he should write a cookbook. Well, he started a blog about it. Take a look if you get the chance. His recipes kick ass & he will be posting more of them.
