FYI, there's a wick in the S&fG system that wicks the water up to the fan where the fan provides energy in the form of momentum to liberate water vapor molecules. This wick gets funny after around a year. Stable sends 2 with the unit. You can get extras at your local full-service drug stores. My local CVS has them in the cold section. Apparently it's the same as some humidifier made to help with dry air in your home.
