I've had mine for almost 2 years....love it! Use distilled water in it (or filtered water from your refrigerator)

You can also get a K-Cup which is a filter so you can use any ground coffee or tea that you desire.

Its a nice option if you don't mind cleaning out a mini filter after each cup. Also saves you a bunch of $$ versus each individual k-cup
