Wife takes care of it as I'm not a fan of the holidays makes me think of loved ones and then I just get plain old upset. Since we have no family/friends around here maybe next year Gunnar and I should have a feast in MN or WI.
Or am I included in the people that you do not like my friend LOL

OH Mum I almost forgot that picture I must go back and find that picture on SC that was classic(can't believe I almost forgot that, that was priceless). SC has so many good history memories and the future brings more priceless memories. Thank you buddy for cheering me up.

Tonight is the traditional South Texas tamale dinner. We'll be out at Mom's this year as she's feeling better lately:
Tamales
Queso sauce
Ranch beans with shredded brisket
Cole slaw
Ice cream (Mom makes chocolate cups to serve it in)
Tomorrow, my house:
Ham
Pork loin
Hot Italian sausage
Green bean casserole
Sauteed parsnips
Fresh fruit salad
Wild greens salad
Hot rolls
Cheese plate (three selections)
Antipasto plate (marinated peppers, garlic stuffed olives, marinated fresh mozz)
Various cookies
Pie! (not sure what kind Toad made yet_

Yesterday I made the traditional italian fish thing... Ate a little. Haven't eaten today yet.
