Appearance: The cigar was wrapped with a very silky smooth wrapper. Very minimal veins showing through.
Construction: After rolling the cigar in my fingers I could tell that it was firmyl packed and should provide a plethora of smoke
Draw and Burn: Once lit the cigar produced a razor sharp burn and had a great draw. Very little resistance and just a nice draw and burn to let you taste the great flavors in this cigar
Taste: This cigar was very complex for me. It was that great Illusione taste of leather and woody flavors with that great nicaraguan tobacco sweetness coming through. This cigar really stayed the same the whole way. Towards the end you had more of an earthy taste with hints of cedar wood creeping in. Honestly this is one of the best cigars I have tasted in awhile!
Conclusion: This cigar stays medium the whole way but has a ton of complex flavors that made it hard to pick out all of them. I highly suggest fans of Illusione Cigars to give these a shot because they are sure to impress!!

I'm about to light the same size that you had. These are made by Dion so the Illusione flavor profile is no surprise,the Esencia is also made at the Illusione factory and I thought that one was like a kicked up Illusione.Thanks for the review,I'll report back later with my findings.[thumbsup][rob]
