You are right. Someone just posted it to my Facebook and with all the BS flying with Guns and other crap I took the bait.

But if this now includes anywhere the SS is around "protecting" any figure, then YES, it can be enforced and a protester can end up with a Felony charge. The SS protects every member of the government on some level. That can easily be extended to anyone, judges, campaign managers, rich people who contribute to campaigns... lots of potential for abuse. The president should be protected, but not at the expense of our right to free speech.

I mentioned Aaron Swartz in the conspiracies thread, he was fighting for your right to connect to any site on the net that you wanted. (This has also been changed by Obama's government, and you were never told).
At the moment, America are becoming worse than China and Korea for infringements on your freedom and liberty through changes to your constitution, your reduction in free speech and the censorship of information to the people (and thats what you know about at the moment) ........ all very scary things to be doing to a population who are already living on a knife edge through lack of jobs, poverty and lack of care.
I predict your crime rates will soar as those without (both career criminals and those who have been forced in to crime to look after their families) start to take on those who the perceive as having more than they need ..... this wont rule out normal people going about their every day lives either, the law abiding Joe going about his day as usual is an easier target than some guy in a limo heading to his office empire..
