Yep. My Rhino lighter has one built in. I use it for everything but torpedos and really skinny lanceros.
Been thinking about Xikar's punch, though. Supposed to sharpen itself every time you use it.

I have one that makes a pretty big hole that I use on bigger ring gauge cigars. Ususally produces a great draw!

Been meaning to try one of those, but never seem to win one on cbid, and I don't really order things at MSRP anymore. How are they? it looks like it would almost be the cross between a cutter and a really vertical punch?

i use mine occasionally, i have a really awesome one gifted to me by an awesome brother here. in a sweet box signed by avo. i love it, super nice punch, but for some reason i prefer a cut on most cigars. but i'm punching my next one!
