Found out today I'm closing on my house this friday, a week earlier than originally planned, how often does that happen!!!

Good for you!! I actually have been the only one in my new development that has closed on their house early...I think it was a week early also. Good luck now comes the pain in the ass of moving in. You said you are moving to Tonawanda didn't you??? over off of the Blvd or further in than that???
