Ok, Headley included a Tatuaje Unicos in the contest he held.  Now I have been wanting to try one of these for a very long time.  I let it sit in the humi for a week to stabilize. the following is my experience with this wonderful cigar

As you can see I set up outside to relax for a few hours to enjoy this cigar.  The wrapper was a dark brown with just a little hint of oil.  The aroma was fantastic and.  The first 1/4 had a smooth buttery or oily taste to it and I paired it with a Samuel Smith Indian Ale.

Here I am enjoying the first 1/4.

Well just as I was really getting into this the neighbor behind was having a party and so I moved to the garage for some piece and quite.

About halfway through it I had to open another beer Big GrinTongue.  This cigar was really smooth and did not change until the 1/2 way point when it started to get a little spicy and stronger.

There is no good cigar without my best friend RoxyBig Grin

Here I am about 3/4 of the way through this and still loving it.  It is getting better with each draw.

Now I am really feeling a good buzz, not sure if it was from the beer or the cigar since it was my second and as you can see it is a 22oz.Tongue

Just about done and wishing I had more of these age and smoke.  Sorry this is more of a picture documentation than a write up.

I would just like to say how much I appreciated Jim sending me this wonderful cigar.  I will be purchasing a box very very soon.

Jim is a great BOTL and I know how much he would appreciate the fact that I truely enjoyed this

Sorry the pics are so big, I tried to down size them

Bravo Paul! Great review man. I wasn't too impressed w/the Tatuaje I had, but I've got one more waiting for me, so hopefully it redeams them for me.

Really gald you enjoyed it Paul.  They were bought with more than a year of age on them at Holts so they are a little more mellowed than some of the one's around now.  I have thouroughly enjoyed the one's I've had from that box.  They have conviced me to let the other vitolas sit for a while.

Just had my second Tatuaje last night. While not nearly as nasty as the first one, I'm still not sold on these. It was a good smoke, but not worth what I paid for it. I'm thinking I got a bad batch of singles, cause I want to enjoy them, it's just not happening like it has w/everyone else...
