I felt Mark should get his own thread and shoutout. This is just one of my latest orders with Mark and he is just the MAN! Countless times times he hooks us up here at SC and always throws in extra goodies. Then he went beyond the call of duty for myself and Paul (PO) when we had a bit of trouble. He is simply a class act.
So I wanted to show the boys the latest goodies. I had a nice convo with Mark via phone and since he knew I was a bit on the fence concerning the Tatuaje Noellas (between the corojo and ligeros), he threw in 2 each of the regular Noellas and the Noella Reservas!! That's just the type of guy he is so that I didn't have to crack open the fresh box!
Hats off to you Mark and ps...not sure if you know my "moniker" in the CIGAR BOMB area, but it's the LEGEND KILLER....and there is no RULE on bombing vendors/retailers...so I would now watch out my friend...your time of violent generosity is up...and you are NEXT!

definitely! mark goes above and beyond with freebies and immaculate sevice. just smoked another one of his free sticks the other day. and you gotta respect a guy who has hard to find sticks and refuses to mark anything up beyond msrp (even going below, at times).

Thank you all for the kind words. I am just trying to follow in the foot steps of a great man. My father. He started this shop some 40 years ago and I have been here close to 14 years.
He told me that if you are going to run a business you need to open when your hours say you are supposed to be open and close when the last customer exits the shop. Treat your customers like they are gold and offer the best products you can at a price that is competitive. I think that is why we have been so successful. Because it not my good looks that keeps them coming back. I think PO can attest to that. [ROTF]
