LAST SHIPMENT OF AURORA
100 AÃâOS CIGARS

Tax day, April 15, will also be the date when the final
shipment of Aurora 100 Años cigars is released to the
market. The highly regarded cigarsââ¬âthe Belicoso size was
named Cigar Aficionadoââ¬â¢s No. 2 cigar of the year in January
2005ââ¬âhave scored very well in Cigar
Aficionado and Cigar Insider taste tests. Only
400,000 were made. They have been rolled
and released in small batches since 2004
rather than all at one time.
The bands of each of the cigars are
individually numbered, and La Aurora
S.A., the cigarmaker that created the
brand, began by releasing the higher
numbers, working down.
ââ¬ÅThe numbers are really getting low,ââ¬Â
said Jose Blanco, Auroraââ¬â¢s director
of marketing.
They wonââ¬â¢t go all the way to No. 1
howeverââ¬âthe box containing that cigar
is being saved by the company. ââ¬ÅWeââ¬â¢re
keeping No. 1 for the museum,ââ¬Â

I've only tried one, I've heard other guys in the smoke shop rave about them, I'll pick up another one and try it in a couple of months.

Just picked up some robustos... I think they are a fantastic cigar. Best La Aurora cigar to date.

the packaging, the history, the band and - of course - the quality of the cigars are top notch
