illusione is a Corojo blent with one component of Criollo. These exhibit more of an earthy sweetness throught the nose.

Cruzado is a Criollo blend with one component of Corojo. Cruzados taste profile is more up front on the palate and exhibit leathery spice and woody characters.

Hope this helps.

Really don't know much about them. I'ts all illusione business when I'm down there at the factory and, for the most part, I don't pay attention to other projects going on.

Just smoking one of these now (Courtsey of the legendary Bluesman. Thanks Don!) and I must say I am very impressed.

Very smooth and clean flavors of leather, with some earth and a touch of spice, but not overwhelming.  Straight up medium bodied/strength.

Highly recommended [thumbsup]
