I have Cuban Crafter scisors, they dont' work very well, do more tearing of the wrapper than anything, but they were cheap, i think like $6 or so.

some possibilities here.

Again, I'm looking for something to leave in the house. No folding options as with the MTX tool. Also something under $50 but cuts well.

Don't buy that cutter.. I bought one just like it, but clear, for less money, and it busted in half within a week, and can't cut for crap.
