Looks like its starting to hit the cigar industry as well.   I wasnt a fan of their lighters anyways, but this is pretty sad as it's going to put alot of RI residents out of work.

Sad, but the writing was on the wall for them. I was surprized by this quote in the article...

"But Colibri, powered by prized brands such as Seth Thomas and Movado, remained profitable."

Did that mean that Colibri owned Movado watches? :?

The other guy in the office, that Rob & I work with, loves Movado watches & has several different styles.....he'll be shocked to hear of this.

I hated their lighters. My Talon clogged quickly. Beautiful design but bad results.

Dude! This happend like a month ago! Where you been? Off buying a house or something?

 

Either way, it makes that lifetime gaurantee they gave to their products last year kinda useless now.

their lighters are crap..... I bought one a few months back and it melted with the very first cigar I lit.   :?
