So I power washed the beach house all day including washing the windows.

10 minutes after I finished, a truck pulls up and drops this off.
They are knocking down the house next to us. Geez, I should have waited a week or better yet they should of done it before the summer season started.
This is not a good start.

Aw crap!

You better keep an eye on them & make sure they don't damage your house or property.

Well they started knocking down the house next to us today.
I covered both my AC units with heavy duty tarps to avoid some dust etc.
He borrowed my hose to spray as they knock down the house. You can see the spray in the pics.









The guy said it will be knocked down and cleaned up today.
The next step will be driving in the pilings.

Something different to watch while you drink a frosty beverage and enjoy a cigar.
