Quintero is a current pre-revolution brand, introduced circa 1924. The brand’s full name is Quintero y Hno (Quintero and brother).
It is classified by Habanos SA as a multi-local brand, and has a significant market share. Before circa 2007 it was classified as a global brand.

  1. Thanks for the review Dave! I agree with you that there are so many great cuban vitolas than the popular Cohiba. Have you tried the machine made Belinda? Comes in a plastic tube and is an inexpensive smoke but man, so much flavour.

  2. I've always wanted to try Quintero, mainly because they're made in Cienfuegos, and I like the name of that city. Also, that they tend toward the budget side doesn't hurt either.

  3. Good review Dave, nice to see something in my range, I've been getting some Jose L Piedra and enjoying them as an everyday smoke. How do these compare ? They sound like one I should try. Those were about a year, that's a babe in your world!
