From the Tin: “A sturdy foundation of Virginia tobaccos, each chosen for its particular character, is enhanced with fine flakes of perique for a refined smoking experience. Telegraph Hill is rich and flavorful, with a satisfying, lingering finish. Each sip builds upon the last, creating a marvelous edifice of taste and aroma. You won’t worry about earthquakes if your pipe is filled with this wonderful blend.”

  1. Hey Bradley great review sounds like a interesting blend and Well balance thinking of trying this blend Bradley thanks for sharing Excellent Job ☺☺☺☺👍👍👍👍 best regards Peter.

  2. hmmm sounds intriguing, might have to give it a try

  3. Excellent review, as always Bradley. Congrats. I liked it so much. Thanks a lot.

  4. Terrific review, Bradley! Telegraph Hill stand as one of my favourites and, until your review, one of the best kept secrets. Hopefully more people will give it a chance now they've seen your review!

  5. I know you like that ribbon cut, but what about the one that started it all for you, Orlik Golden Sliced? Could that be a contender?

  6. the description on this tobacco got me hype with the earthquake

  7. Thanks Bradley, I recently received my first purchase of Elizabethan. Not sure why I waited to order it, but man, what a mistake! It is so good!! I quickly learned why you speak so highly of it…and I promptly reordered 5 tins just to have on hand. So hopefully it won't completely disappear and for now I will enjoy it and hope for the best! Keep the great content coming. SAL.

  8. Hi Brad, again you wearing a nice sport jacket, Gl Pease sounds like interesting blend, now when you may wanna review this Amphora org blend? Have Fun and Thank you, Paul

  9. Have you ever smoked a pipe made by Erik Nording?

  10. Hey Bradley,
    Try Cornell & Diehl – Chenet's Cake.
It's a cake, not a ribbon, but no knife necessary, easily broken down into a nice ribbon with your fingers in 30 seconds. It's fantastic. Also, you need to try oak alley. Also a cake and burley, VA, perique and Turkish. My favourite along with Elizabethan.

  11. I actually have my first tin of Elizabethan in the mail. BUT, I love Telegraph Hill, so I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's my ideal VaPer. Here's hoping I don't like Elizabethan too much. 😉

  12. Sounds like a tasty blend I will be checking out soon.  Thanks Bradley!

  13. Hi Bradley, I hate to ask a dumb question but do you think the taste is different in the eight ounce container?
    Thank You

  14. Thanks Bradley, C&D ribbon always amazes me in that there are huge rolled up chunks of leaf. Have you tried Epiphany?

  15. 4noggins has a bulk match blend. You might enjoy that?

  16. Just to show this is all subjective, I think Stratford was made to mimic the old Elizabethan Mixture and a lot of reviews say it does, so who knows. But I suppose you like the newer one so I don't know how similar they even are. I do know that all your VaPer reviews have inspired me to open my one and only tin of Deluxe Navy Rolls and I'll be damned if it isn't good. The Virginias they seem to use have a certain something about them, or maybe it's the blending proportions but it is a nice blend. Damnit

  17. Well smack my bells and shake the barn, Great Tabaccy Review! Bradley! 😎🍺☕✔🌲 it's about 6:50pm in my neck of the Wood Chucks and almost out of the Tornado Watch in my A.O.

  18. Great review. I like all the Pease blends. Gonna have ta give this a try .

  19. Just kidding. 👅 Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the blend. Perfect as always.

  20. Brdliy good bredlay brodloy. dabry bradley

  21. You Bradley, are like Indiana Jones, except you're looking for the new favorite pipe tobacco instead of the Ark of the Covenant. The Search for the new Elizabethan Mixture is now one of my favorite movie series.

  22. Good day Bradly. Hope all is well with you.
