VIDEO Cigar Review: Drew Estate Florida Sun Grown
What started in 2012 as a small crop of Corojo grown in Clermont, Florida, has gone into what’s become the next great Drew Estate small batch: Florida Sun Grown cigars. Florida Sun Grown – aka, “FSG” is a sun-grown Corojo ’99 that’s extremely limited and tasty, deriving a unique set of flavors from the sandy Florida soil that hasn’t been tasted in over a generation. Yup, we’re talking about a legit, USA-grown product – and where you might be familiar with the flavor profiles of tobaccos from Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Kentucky, Florida Sun Grown adds a sweet spice and depth to die for. Drew Estate Master Blender, Willy Herrera, combined this sun grown Corojo ’99 ligero with select Nicaraguan seco and viso long-fillers. The result is an added, authentic Florida agricultural nuance to this captivating blend. The binder is Criollo from Honduras, and the cigars are finished in lush Brazilian Mata Fina wrappers for a rich, luscious and FULL, over-the-top flavor.
“Unique” is normally a word that doesn’t need any modification. But then there’s the FSG…you owe it to yourself to try this special cigar at least once (although we recommend more often than that). Add a box of Florida Sun Grown cigars to your cart today! http://bit.ly/2zaThdn
