Cigar For Rich & Famous? – Gurkha Genghis Khan Cigar Review
Genghis Khan – Gurkha produced one of their rarest cigars featuring Costa Rican maduro wrapper, Cameroon binder & Honduran fillers. LeeMack912 (a peasant 🙂 gives it a try
“One of the rarest blends, with only 1,000 boxes made.
Genghis Khan is another exclusive release from Gurkha, makers of some of the world’s rarest and finest cigars. Gurkha specializes in sourcing vintage tobaccos and making small batches of cigars. Today they are enjoyed by royalty, politicians, actors, and a host of other famous faces.
Genghis Khan was produced in very limited quantities and in only two sizes: toro and Churchill. Also, like most other Gurkha offerings, the packaging on these cigars is almost as appealing as the cigars themselves. In 2005, only 1,000 chests of 30 Churchills were produced, making them one of the smallest batch run cigars Gurkha has ever made. But the visual appeal doesn’t stop at the box. Each cigar has an extra-ripe and dark Costa Rican maduro wrapper that covers a core of aged fillers and a binder from Honduras. This combination gives the cigar a fuller-bodied and sweeter taste compared to most other cigars.”~www.cigar.com
