I recently found out that the Tinder Box at the local mall sells legal pre-embargo cubans. I was wondering if anyone here has purchased any of these or if it is a good deal there.

My experience is that these are all hype.  Especially the Pinar ones.  Unless they are pre embargo MAJOR brands, I'd save my money and buy something NC.

Just my 2 cents though.  Im sure someone here may like them...

Yeah, those Pinar hypesticks are really hit and miss . . . for every one that tastes sorta pleasantly okay, nine or more taste like cardboard. Or cardboard-flavored air.

And you can get a San Cristobal for the same price! Big Grin

And the San Cristobal is a WINNER in my book!   I prefer the SC Gaujiro and I know NANP loves the Fabuloso!
