It's a gouge and many places but not at all. What you have to learn is what state charges what taxes and stay away. The highest is 75% and the lowest is 0. That's where I try to shop on big buys.

i picked up an opus today. while i was at my local place buying my dad some pipe tobacco, and a couple cigars for my son's birthday party this weekend. now that i see the link, it looks like i paid a wee bit too much. but it was a perfecxion x no. 2 and it was 18 bucks. i look forward to burning it. that was a good find on your part. i always get excited when i actually see them, haha.
