Good thought, I would.

Let's see how many people join. Say we have 5 then  the last place person has to send 4 cigars to the 4th place person. He in turn takes out one and send 3 cigars along with the other 3 to the third place person. So the winner receives 4 stogies, 2nd. place gets 3, third place 2, 4th place one and zero for 5th place.
