Sometimes i see Siglos in tubes, sometimes not. Which Siglos come in tubes?

This should help, looks like the II and the VI.

I couldn't tell if that site has been updated.  I know for sure I've seen other sizes for sale in tubes.

All Siglos come in both tubos and w/o.

Siglo I tubos come in 5-pack, all others in 3-packs.

The non-tubos are sold in varnished slide-lid boxes of 25. Siglos I to V non-tubos come in 5-packs, while Siglo VI has a varnished slide-lid box of 10 instead of 5-pack.
