Burning down the house?

Good point Eric. The economy is taking it's toll on us.

I suggest we try to compliment members more. We all want to hear good things about ourselves.

Tank has a point, the bombing section is where we belong. I know it takes me time to come up with a story line & I appreciate what Tank and LK (Nickie) are doing with their so call tour.Big Grin

Keep up the good work fellows.

Thanks Eric for reminding us that we have gotten off the path.

I'm getting back on...

I have been around for less than 6 months, so I cannot make any comparisons with SC's former greatness.  However, I can still definitively state that Stogie Chat is the friendliest cigar forum on the net.  As a new member I "shopped around" before deciding which forum to join.  The camaraderie around here is second to none and was the reason I decided to hang around.

I don't want to discount the idea of improving the mood around here, but I thought I would add a little newbie perspective.

I've been here less that 100 days. To tell you the truth, I don't have any idea what you're talking about. I've seen nothing but friendly chat here. It may be because I generally skip the political threads. So, cheer up. This probie doesn't see the problem.
