Yankee Game - First visit to new stadium

The Mum went to Yankee stadium yesterday to see the new stadium & watch a 14 inning game. I went with my neighbor (Silver Bullet Sullivan).

We took the 8:48AM train from Middletown to NY Penn station. Pop our first beer at 8:50am and each drank a 6 pack for the hour and 20 minutes ride. Then we took the subway from Penn to 42st and the shuttle to Grand Central and then the NBR. 4 subway to the stadium.

Getting off the subway about 11:00AM:

 

We hit Stans (a local sports bar) for a few and then headed into the stadium:



The beers inside the stadium were $9.00 a pop, (Ugh).

Anyway, we walked around and stopped at the Yankee museum:

After the game, we took the subway downtown and stopped in to see Kuma. Got home  around 9:30PM. A good time was had by all.

O yea, the Yankees won, walk off homer but who cares, I'm a MET fan.
