Anyone ever use/go to an LA Fitness gym?
My health insurance company just offered me a free membership.

I'm going to go check it out tomorrow & see if it is "free"
If not, yeah, I'll join Planet fitness.

Well, I went in one, with my wife to look around. No pressure from any sales people, & we could look around at everything by ourselves. Place looked great, even had a pool, sauna, whirlpool and tons of equipment of all types. Free classes too.
I gave the guy my code (from my insurance co) & in less than a minutes had my pass.

See if they can set you up with a program. Start slow and build up.

They do a free 1 hour, 1 on 1 fitness evaluation with a trainer. They give you a plan tailored to you & your goals.

After that, see if the trainer will continue to follow up with you.
