Saturday evening went to DBGBs in the Bowery and enjoyed a pig roast feast
this is the pig after it was cooked

and here it was after butchering. It was quite amazing. They boned it first and stuffed it then cooked it.

the entire evening was an experience.
(especially the women in that neighborhood Saturday evening)
