Skipper is absolutely correct if you add distilled water to that green foam but putting in a water pillow will not harm the traveldor. I would add the water pillow as a precaution since it's 3 weeks.

I had 2 traveldors go south on my simply because I stored it closed.
Previously I had them humidified.

One was leather. The other the typical foam/plastic.

Again, consider the ambient humidity of where you are going.

Thanks for the info. I've got about 30 sticks in my 40ct travel humidor. I've got a water pillow in the middle right now. I'll make sure I give them plenty of time to breathe.
Fishing is much more than fish. It is the great occasion when we may return to the fine simplicity of our forefathers.
