ghe brings up a lot of good points. Take away gas stations, mini marts, convenience stores, local pharmacies, and the local "smoke shops" (that sells bongs and stuff), there would be a .5% high school percent of boys smoking cigars.
How many of you have seen a high school student in your smoke shop??
On top of that about 8 years ago, JR Cigars actually required me to send a photo ID via e-mail or fax to purchase cigars. I had already been a customer for nearly 20 years.....
