Best Tea for sleep ?

Hi guys ... i wanna know that what is the best tea that really make you fall asleep ? i have heard that chamomile, which is one of the ingredients in the Sleepytime tea. It tastes good and relaxes you...

Hi Michealleo,
My mother would agree with you on the chomomile tea. I can't personally suggest anything, as I can sleep like a rock by 2 am after three cups of coffee at 12. If I ever do have trouble sleeping, I"ll eat bananas! May sound strange, but it works. Don't know what you can have considering your medical condition.
