They get 4 to 5 feet long with females usually being on the larger end. Maybe about 3 to 4 inches in diameter and I am just guessing there. You need a place to house them, a hidebox, water, and the occasional mouse or rat. Since we are breeding we feed them once a week and some eat 2. You can feed once a month. When they crap you just let it dry and get it out with a paper towel or vacuum it out. Not like they crap every day either.

Cornsnakes are a great way to start.
