This day as a fog that lost my dad @ 13 when I needed him most. I keep all the fallen dads in my thoughts. Most sacrifice and do without themselves so much so the kids can have a better chance. Our only job is to teach them to be adults, and we can't lose.

Now I turn to the dads in the military that give up time with there loved ones to protect us. My thoughts and prayers goes out to those that don't return and the ones in the field. Happy dads day

.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.
